Sometimes I am very sad. I have depression. To help me I take medicine, workout, be with my friends and talk about what I am thankful for.
I have a thankful card on my dining-room table. Every day I talk with my family about what I am thankful for. Today it is four things: my dog, Percy, swimming in the pool, hotels and American Airlines.
